What is RESTore™?
RESTore™ is a structured, easy to use, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programme.
Is it right for me?
It is designed for anyone who wants effective, online, self-monitored treatment for insomnia and sleep disorders.
How do I know it works?
You access the material on-line via your PC, tablet or phone. Working through structured sessions, you can print out worksheets for activities, monitor your own progress, and receive emails with further tips at the end of each step. There is also an option for telephone support and 60 minutes of therapy.
How long does it take?
There are 7 sessions in all. As the material is available on-line, 24/7, you can work through it at your own pace, in the privacy of your own home or wherever you are connected to the internet.
How can I be sure that it is effective?
RESTore™ was studied in a large trial that was published in the field’s widely respected journal, SLEEP.
