How to use

Before applying the mascara, gently curl and shape the lashes with an eyelash curler. If you hold the mirror lower than eye level when you apply the mascara, you can even reach the roots of the lashes – this creates extra volume and enhances the false lash effect. To separate the individual hairs really well, use gentle zigzag movements to coat the lashes with mascara from root to tip

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). The items to be returned or exchanged have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labelled.

Damaged Goods

Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us as described below so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.
